4:15pm – 5:45pm
6:00pm – 7:30pm
7:45pm – 9:15pm
at St Augustine’s, 125 Canterbury Road, Westgate

Private 1:1s are also possible in the Thanet area. Outside Thanet, travel costs will need to be included in the hourly fee.
No competitions, no striving/straining, just an opportunity for you to “pause” and come home to the body. Stretch, breathe and relax. Forget all life’s worries, workloads and deadlines for just 1.5 hours. Combining physical posture work (asanas) with breathing and relaxation techniques, Angela will offers Mindful Yoga classes and 1:1 sessions which complement her Personal Development Coaching work.
The classes are small, friendly and for all adults who have an interest to know more about Yoga/Mindfulness. No flexibility is required, no previous experience is required. All classes are aimed at debunking the myth that Yoga is for the young and flexible. Yoga is the integration of body, mind and breath. It is non-competitive and our reservoirs of hope and optimism can be nourished.
In today’s frantic world, we need to ensure we nourish our resources of resilience and compassion.
How to pay: Block payments (which incorporate a slight discount and secure you a place at class each week) payable on or before the first class of the term, (I try to coincide with school terms). Drop in rate (if space available) is £7.50 per person per class.

All students are requried to complete a confidential Health Questionnaire before starting classes with Angela.
