Below are a couple of Mindfulness practices that I’ve recorded for you to enjoy at your leisure.

 

 

 

3 Step Breathing Practice – a great grounding practice that (with time and practice) can be a great tool to bring us back to the present wherever and whenever we feel the world around us is chaotic and stressful.

Mindfulness of Sounds – another great practice to bring us back to the present and noticing all sounds that are around us without the need to engage with them.
